Growing up, the founder watched his mother “Nana” run a Sub Shop, where her famous steak and cheese inspired what would later become a signature menu item. From his first job at Pappy’s Pizza to years spent experimenting at home and training with master pizza chefs, the passion for food was always rooted in family traditions and a drive for quality.

Our dough is fermented for 72 hours, every ingredient is carefully sourced, and every recipe is crafted to deliver bold, memorable flavor.
